This photograph was taken by a camera called HiRISE, an amazing science instruments carried by Mars Odyssey, one of several satellites we have orbiting the Red Planet. Yes. You read that right. We have satellites orbiting Mars that can take action photos of our rovers landing on Mars. Holy shit.
